Voss Clark Policies
REVISED SCRAP ALLOWANCE
VOSS Clark policies will issue credit for scrap produced on its slitting and blanking operation. Credit is based on the current month’s Cincinnati rate, less a minimal charge for handling. No scrap credit is given for pickle loss.
The VOSS Clark rate for slitting is based on the AMM Second Monthly Edition Cincinnati rate for #1 Dealer Bundles high side less $155.00 GT. The VOSS Clark rate for blanking is based on the AMM Second Monthly Edition rate for #1 Dealer Bundles and is determined on a program basis.

PUP COIL POLICY
Pup coils created during processing are handled as follows:
- Pups 2,000 lbs or less will be scrapped
- Pups more than 2,000 lbs will be held for customer disposition until end of month following pup creation.
- If disposition has not been made by customer and /or has not been shipped within 30 days of creation, the pup will be scrapped.
- Pup coils are defined as weighing between 2,000lbs to 8,000lbs
STORAGE
The policy on coil storage at VOSS Clark allows for twelve (12) months of free coil storage for unprocessed material based on original received date of each coil. The storage charge for unprocessed material for more than twelve (12) months is $3.00 NT per month.
The policy on storage at VOSS Clark for received processed material is $3.00 NT per month. After 60 days, the storage is $5.00 NT for received processed material.
Storage charges are the responsibility of the owner of the steel at the time they are incurred. All storage charges are billed on the last day of the month.
